- A delivery robot that crashed through a glass bus shelter is now… apologizing for it in an ad placed at the exact same spot. Bold move.
- The ad features the robot, “Nasir,” poking fun at itself with a line about “breaking into the market too literally.” At least it has a sense of robotic humor.
- Instead of brushing off the accident, the company turned it into a bit of a stunt, leaning into the mistake and making it part of their branding, rather than leaning directly into another bus shelter pane of glass.
- They say the damage is fixed and the robot’s been updated so it won’t miss giant sheets of glass again. Ideally, no sequel ad needed. Hopefully.
